We only needed somewhere to stay for the night, and after we called another hotel, they sent us here. That wasn't an issue since the owner is the same. Once we arrived, we were told to wait by the nearby grocery store until someone could take us to the room. For 50 PLN per person, we got a cold, dusty room with cobwebs and mold. We slept in our jackets under the covers. The pillows were mixed: one was soft, while the rest were hard as rocks. I didn't expect a luxury apartment from much cheaper accommodation, but I did at least want somewhere warm and clean.

Good communication with the host, and the place was clean and well kept. I stayed with two children in mid-March, and it was warm with no trouble with the water flow, which helped keep it warm. The location worked well for a few days away in the Silesian Beskids and Little Beskids.

When we arrived, we were taken to an old, dirty inn with four beds simply set up in it, instead of the three-person room with a kitchenette and bathroom we expected. The actual conditions were surprising, to say the least. The OLX ad had offered accommodation in Wieprz and said the apartment was clean and renovated. It listed 35 PLN, but when I called I was told 50 PLN. That seemed normal these days, so I didn't complain. When I asked for the exact address, it turned out to be in a different town, 10 km away. I could understand that, as he was just trying to attract customers. If you're looking for a place, make sure to ask whether the room will actually match the ad photos.

The garden, benches, and children's playground are right outside, and the bathroom was nice with a roomy shower. The kitchenette was useful, though the electric stove was troublesome to turn on. There was no microwave or oven, and some utensils were missing, but those were small things I could manage without. We didn't try the spa, so I can't say anything about it. The room itself was extremely small. We barely managed to fit a travel cot, which meant blocking the sink with a table and putting the bedside table in the cramped "hallway." The bedding was torn and smelled unpleasant, and the TV was almost directly above the bed. From our ground-floor room, the view stopped at trees, so there were no mountain views. Having a kitchenette was a plus, but I think the room would work better with one large bed instead of three. Without the balcony, I would've felt like I was in a cell 😂 It cost 100 złoty per person per night, perhaps because of a tourist voucher. At Lake Żywieckie yesterday, I met a guy who charges a little more for a larger cottage near the water. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. If you want a normal-sized room, I'd ask in advance whether one is available.
