El Oasis Hotel

The bathroom has no ventilation, so after a shower the whole room stayed humid. A dehumidifier would help. Apart from that, it’s a beautiful property surrounded by nature, and I loved it as a birthday getaway. Our small room was clean and cute, and just right for my husband and me for a couple of days. The staff were incredible and everyone was so welcoming, with great service. Big thanks to Jonathan, who checked us in and was lovely all around; Christopher, the bartender, who answered all my drink questions and was nice and professional, with awesome cocktails; and Yashira, our server and bartender, who was a sweetheart.

Being vegan and gluten-free, I don’t often find food that feels inspiring, but I felt in good hands at the restaurant. There were enough options, everything was clearly labeled, and the fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations came through. The portions were generous, too, so I’d definitely recommend trying it. I arrived a bit early and relaxed at Ylang-ylang before checking in. The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere felt glamorous, charming, and eco-chic. I felt my stress melt away as soon as I got there, and I loved that they welcome dogs.

We were on a girls’ trip and loved our stay. It felt like a home away from home, close to so many beautiful beaches and places. The service was quick and attentive. Sunset at crash boat beach was about a 20-minute drive. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

The hiking trail around the area was beautiful, the pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the accommodation was great. Thanks to Johnathan for helping us. The staff were professional, the price was fair, and the complimentary coffee was so delicious we bought a pack to take home. The restaurant served delicious food, too. I’d strongly recommend this amazing place. 1000000+ stars, you won’t be disappointed. So enjoy!!!
