Rosalina Isla Verde

It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The place was new and clean, but cheaply done, so you hear a lot of noise. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and I couldn't reach anyone. The area seemed sketchy, but I didn't feel unsafe. There appear to be a few parking spots, and street parking was no problem. It's close to a nice beach and park, though not close enough to walk. Could be a reasonable option if the price is low enough.

Everything was clean and I had no problems. The room was a bit small, and the place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Nice spot in Isla Verde, close to everything.

The listing for Room #6 at Rosalina Isla Verde didn't match what I found, and this was one of my worst stays. The room was dirty and poorly kept. There was mold in the shower and it looked like cleaning hadn't been done properly. The sheets were stained, the towels smelled bad, and the furniture and sofa had dust and dirt on them. I saw roaches outside the door. I left feeling itchy all over and worried I might be taking some kind of bug with me. For the price and the way the property is presented, this isn't acceptable. I can't recommend Rosalina Isla Verde based on my stay. I contacted the company managing the rentals and still haven't heard back.

The hosts were attentive and got back to us quickly. Check-in and check-out were easy, and having parking on site was a big help. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of cafes and shops. The only problem we had was very low water pressure in the shower.
