The staff were very kind and ready to help, and Embassy Suites has a lot to offer for a San Juan stay. Our apartment suite was incredibly large and could easily fit a family of six, with what you need for a comfortable beach vacation. There’s a breakfast buffet with continental-style options, a huge pool area with a tiki bar and a kids’ pool, plus two restaurants on site. It’s in a central, very walkable area, close to the beach and a plaza full of food options, lounges, and bars. There’s also a casino for anyone who enjoys playing, a spa with plenty for relaxing, and a fitness center with the basics for a good workout. A great experience for singles, couples, or families looking to enjoy San Juan. I highly recommend it.

The staff at Embassy Suites San Juan were so kind and empathetic, a 10 isn’t enough for them. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. The pool worked well for my family and seemed suitable for all ages. We didn’t need to go out for snacks or quick food because the eatery had what we wanted. The casino was perfect, and breakfast was, too. The hot cereal was my favorite, it tasted just like abuelas. We’ll be back. Gracias por todo, muy amable!!!

A convenient spot to land after a late arrival or red-eye, since it’s so close to the airport. It’s in nice condition and partly renovated. Breakfast was pretty good, though it’s best to get there early. The elevator signs show the ideal times. The dining staff were amazing, but the desk staff weren’t very helpful.

2/10
Parking was advertised, but the hotel had none available. Staff treated the problem as if it were our fault and offered no nearby options or useful information. The front desk were rude and dismissive, especially at check-in, where I felt like I was inconveniencing them instead of being a paying guest. For the price, I expected much better service. If you know this hotel chain and expect its usual standard, this location falls far short. Reception and customer service left one of the worst first impressions I’ve had.

The location worked well for us, near both the beach and the airport. Uber rides to the places we wanted to see were usually under 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool, with lots of seating and shade around the deck.
