The trip to the beach was a bit of a trek since the pool is on another floor, and you have to go through the lobby and take the elevator. Inside the room, the fitted sheets were too small and kept slipping off all night. Several things didn’t work: the faucets sprayed water, the safes and TV remote were dead, and the lamps wouldn’t turn on. We had to switch rooms over the lack of hot water, but the new room barely had any either. The AC sounded like a plane taking off. I’d keep looking for another hotel.

The beachfront location was the one good thing, but it wasn’t enough for me. The rooms were disgusting, there were no amenities or pool, and the people working there were awful.

I was assigned room 1558 on the 15th floor, but it wasn’t a luxury room. The towel had holes, there was mold on the wall beams, and the walls and door were stained and dirty.
