Isla Verde Studio

The rooftop pool and bar had a great vibe, and the beach is right next door. Staff were friendly and helpful from beginning to end, which made our stay even better. We had a wonderful four days at Casa Costera, Isla Verde Beach, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy in October 2025. The apartment felt like a home away from home, with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and walk-around balcony. It was very clean and had everything we needed, so the stay was easy and relaxing. We paid for a partial ocean view. The ocean was beautiful, but the apartments and parking lot on our side took away a little from the appeal. It was still very doable and didn’t spoil the trip. We really enjoyed the stay and plan to visit again.

The main drawback was the sound coming through the room. I could clearly hear guests talking in the hallway and doors opening and closing. Otherwise, check-in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly. The clean room was a reasonable size and had a fridge, microwave, and induction stove. The decor is plain but functional. This Marriott-managed condo hotel is very close to the beach, and I recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

We can’t wait to come back! The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the free laundry, detergent, daily credit toward drinks and snacks, and free street parking were all great extras. We also got free beach chair vouchers. The location is just steps from the beach, lots of dining options, and Brava, the best club on the island. The one snag was that a guy wouldn’t let us cut through esj towers on the way there, so in stilettos I had to take a 3-minute Uber. On the way back, cutting through was no problem, which was confusing. The room was beautiful, clean, had an amazing view, and all the right things for our stay, even micellar (face) wipes, which were a big plus for us women. The check-in staff and the front desk girls throughout our stay were super friendly and helpful.

I felt like I had my own apartment, and the place exceeded my expectations on my first visit. It had everything needed for apartment living, including a full kitchen, though I didn’t cook. My balcony had an ocean view. There’s also a rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool. The location was handy for many places I visited, and my Uber fares were no more than $15 us dollats. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return.
