I stayed for one night before my cruise, and the place felt creepy throughout. The bathroom was dirty, with an open window where the glass should have been, sharing a wall with the hallway. Someone could put a hand through or watch you in there. The sheets were dirty too, and the TV remote had dead batteries. A cord ran out the window to an antenna hanging outside. There were no instructions for getting in, so I had to call several times. The listing appears under different names on booking.com, Priceline, Expedia, and other sites as daily rentals. It says San Juan, but it’s in Carolina, PR. The owner seemed sketchy, to say the least. I booked through Priceline and asked a supervisor for a refund, but the agent hung up on me. We went back and forth while the agent said they’d contact the owner. Horrible place. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
