We stayed twice, in two different rooms. The first was the handicaps room, which felt tight. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids or anyone bringing two or more large suitcases. The upstairs room on our second stay was bigger and much more comfortable. Both rooms were clean, and the A/C was strong. There’s traffic noise all night from the major speedway. It was steady enough that, surprisingly, I could fall asleep to it like white noise, even as a light sleeper. Still, keep the noise in mind if that might bother you. The blackout curtains also help with the light from outside. The staff we met were great. We asked for early morning coffee because of our schedule, and they had it ready on time. Breakfast is a small selection, but at this price it’s a decent deal, especially if you want simple food and coffee without going far. It’s clean, well located, and convenient for the airport, beach, shops, restaurants, and car rentals. This isn’t a fancy place, so if that’s what you want, the hotel next door costs $2-300+ a night. For saving on lodging or a quick overnight, I’d recommend it.

The service was so caring and attentive. They gave us little boxes of cereal to take along at 4am, and those Fruit Loops really helped our 1- and 5-year-old on the trip. You can also order breakfast if you’re leaving early. The hotel is very close to the airport, but also right by constant, loud highway noise. Blackout curtains helped with the giant highway signage. Panederia España is walkable at any hour, affordable, and has amazing deli and bakery goods. We also managed to walk to a random beach.

Elliot was so kind and accommodating. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, so it was totally worth saving $100+ instead of staying right on the beach. Breakfast was offered, and fresh coffee was ready really early. We watched the sunrise at the beach. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby, and it’s a perfect central location.

The breakfast is simple, but it’s enough, and the hotel has beach towels you can borrow. Isle Verde beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are in great condition, and the staff are top notch. I’d stay again if I were in San Juan.

We had a really bad experience, especially with two kids. The rooms were okay, if you can call them that, but the breakfast meant asking the receptionist to bring more. Don’t use the breakfast. They also charged me afterward for water taken from the fridge and wanted me to enter my card details. Bad experience overall. Don’t go there.
