We had 10 adults and six little kids in the house for a week, and there was enough room for all 16 of us. It's well maintained, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the amazing yard and pool. Saw plenty of lizards too. Some bedrooms are larger or nicer than others, but all the different spaces meant each family had an area of its own. We gathered in the shared space for meals and TV. The beach is a quick walk away, though the hill is very steep, so I’d drive with small kids or anyone with a disability. There are also a lot of stairs in the house, which isn't suitable for elderly or disabled guests. We drove about ten minutes to a large grocery store and cooked most meals, but there are a few cute restaurants and coffee huts within walking distance. We had a wonderful time, and management was very responsive to our questions and needs.

The whole booking and stay went smoothly because Ryan, Erica, and everyone at KARE Management kept us informed about booking, billing, arrival, and departure. Casa D'Palma is a real gem, with Sandy Beach and local bars and restaurants just minutes away. Being able to walk around was a big plus for our group. The house and grounds were clean, modern, and just right for us, with comfortable beds, a good kitchen, and welcoming common areas. It’s tucked away from the bustle. I’d recommend it to a large group visiting Rincon without hesitation. 6/5 stars. Book it!

This was the best family vacation, and we’ll definitely return. The hosts made us feel so welcome, and the place was impeccably clean. It was easy to walk to the ocean, yoga, and restaurants. It was just right for my family of four. My sister's family stayed in the apartment next door, so we could spend time together while still having our own space.

Casa D 'Palma sits on a hill surrounded by nature, with a spectacular view and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and places to eat. The photos don't come close to how it is in real life. We fell in love with the place. Everything inside and outside the house was very clean. Keith and Linda were friendly and easy to reach if we needed them. We highly recommend Casa D' Palma. We were a group of 17 and had a beautiful family holiday at casa de palma’s. The house was very clean, and we got to visit five beaches on that side of Puerto Rico. Flamboyan restaurant was amazing for authentic Puerto Rican food, and it's so close that we walked there. Bring sneakers so you can enjoy that great restaurant! ❤️❤️❤️
