352 Guest House

We had a very pleasant stay at 352 Guest House. The rooftop deck and jacuzzi were a relaxing place to unwind after our daily outings, and the balcony room gave us a nice street view and felt more spacious. The hotel combines old charm with modern amenities, and everything was well appointed and exceptionally clean. Breakfast service was wonderful. You can walk to everything from its spot in the heart of Old San Juan. I highly recommend 352 Guest House. We really enjoyed ourselves, thank you for everything!

352 Guest House felt warm and welcoming, almost like staying in someone’s home. We also appreciated the thoughtful breakfast and the modern technology that helped us feel safe while traveling. In the evening, the rooftop is quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful setting. Be sure to reserve the hot tub, the views from there are stunning. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home. The old and new come together nicely here, both in the architecture and the service. I was unsure how staying somewhere without a check-in desk would work, but it turned out great. They responded quickly over text, and when I needed something that required a person, someone came by fast. The no-guest policy felt a little too strict to me as a solo traveler. I understand the security reason, but I think there could be a middle ground, like letting a friend join me for a drink on the rooftop at sunset or come up to my room. It wasn’t a big issue, just something that irked me a bit. Otherwise, it’s a really great place.

The people we met were all warm, friendly, and hospitable, and the breakfasts were terrific. The rooftop deck is especially nice and very spacious. The property has great character and charming rooms, in a good location. I’d recommend choosing a balcony room if one is available. We’ll definitely stay at 352 Guesthouse again.
