The worst place I’ve stayed. The apartment was not clean at all, there was water on the floor, and the smell was disgusting. I felt unsafe around the strange people, in the dark surroundings, and in the sinister hallways. It was especially difficult to find the entrance at night. GPS took me to another building, and the directions sent me down a very dark street to what looked like an abandoned parking lot. At the right entrance, the lockbox was attached to a post at the front of the first building, so I had to go back down that scary hallway. I would never recommend this place for a woman staying alone. It was very creepy. When I raised these issues, they just said it was “my perspective” and wouldn’t do anything about it. The customer service was the worst. The hosts, MARISOL, PEDRO & DOMENECH, gave automated, absurd replies and didn’t seem willing to help. I got no compensation or alternative, and they would rather let me sleep in the street. I lost my money, and it was a terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

The room was hot, so I didn’t sleep well. I understand the electricity issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff are only there Monday through Friday, so I had to wait for the final detailed receipt by email.

I haven’t stayed there and never will now. I’ve been trying all week to cancel because the event I was going to was called off. At first they said someone would contact me, so I waited a day and called again. The person who answered was pretty rude, and he picked up the next three times I called too. Each time I got the same line, that someone would call and they were working on it. Today, a guy named Joe hung up on me three times, then stopped answering. I also emailed them and still haven’t heard back. It’s sad, because a friend recommended the place and said the facilities were really nice, but the customer service has been really bad.

It’s a nice little place, but the management and staff are terrible. My job was paying for the room, so I needed a receipt. I called with my card number to renew my stay, and the person I spoke with promised to email one and leave a paper copy for when I got back. He threw the paper copy away and never sent me anything. When I asked the manager about it, she said, “I don’t know, I’m about to get off,” then walked out. They also overbooked my room while I was still in it and kicked me out with four days left on my reservation. I asked to speak with management, and they said she was out of town for a month, even though I’d seen her that morning before I left. Not worth it.
