Casa Condado Hotel & Residences

There are definitely roaches. I only spotted the first as we were checking out, otherwise I would've left right away. The room felt sticky, and I'd been itchy since check-in. Something seemed off from the start, and I didn't feel comfortable eating there. I just hope our luggage isn't infested. The hot water was janky, too.

The patio on the second floor was a favorite spot of mine, peaceful enough to sit and relax in the breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of food places nearby. We stayed at Casa Condado Hotel in early March for my boyfriend's birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Elizabeth, the manager, deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to accommodate us and make the stay comfortable and memorable. Her warm, attentive manner made a real difference. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, a nice place to unwind after a day out. The stay was everything we hoped for and more, and I'd definitely come back!

There was a roach in the room. The bed was very stiff, with just one thin pillow per person. It's on a busy street with lots of honking, so don't expect a quiet stay.

The hotel was spotless, updated, and very spacious, and it's within walking distance of lots of restaurants and just two blocks from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make things comfortable, and we couldn't be happier with the accommodations. My husband and I came from New York for our wedding anniversary and had a great stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're visiting San Juan, stay here. You won't regret it!
