The location in the T-Mobile District was great, with lots of dining nearby and the Metro Casino and other attractions an easy walk away. My room was the cleanest, most modern hotel room I've stayed in. The bathroom was fantastic, and the water pressure was unbelievable, like Kramer’s famous “elephant shower head” from Seinfeld. The team also left a small birthday gift in my room, a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Service was the best hotel experience I've had, from calling Gabriel Ramirez to confirm the reservation through checkout. Arturo welcomed us on arrival with real warmth and patience while I absolutely butchered the Spanish language. At breakfast, Reniet at the bar was friendly and attentive. He even apologized for a table that hadn't been cleared, something I might not have noticed, but that kind of care stood out. The staff, room, location, and attention to detail were all fantastic. On our next trip to Puerto Rico, we won't consider staying anywhere else.

The bar was a highlight, especially in the mornings. The sandwiches were amazing, the pastries fresh, and the coffee and juices never disappointed. Our room was spotless and had a lovely view of the T-Mobile District. Valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and always smelled amazing. Front desk staff were consistently available and attentive, making everything feel welcoming and easy. The location was perfect, close to everything and surrounded by dining and entertainment. I was very pleased and would absolutely come back.

The bar staff made us feel at home, and the front desk team were great too. The hotel was clean and sleek, and we had a great stay overall. Breakfast was the one thing that held this to four stars. Coffee often ran out and took a while to be replenished. Ordering breakfast and getting it delivered was very slow, so you need to leave extra time each morning. The food was good once it arrived. I'll return.

Suly at the front desk deserves a special mention. She was so kind and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent with everything close by, and the front desk team explained everything clearly. The amenities were great, and we really enjoyed the bar food. We had a great stay at Aloft SJ this past weekend. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel itself was nice. WiFi speeds were slow, at 6 mbps for both downloads and uploads. Self-parking costs $18 a day, and the ticket has to be validated by the front desk daily to leave without paying again. The lot is across the street and shared with the convention center and visitors to Distrito T Mobile. When both venues are busy, you may end up parking a fair distance from the hotel's main entrance.
