The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and beach gear. It’s in a more local neighborhood, with good restaurants and shops an easy walk away and the beach not too far. The property manager was excellent and professional. We’d definitely rent from them again.

The owners were incredibly kind and clearly cared about making our stay enjoyable. They and the staff replied quickly whenever we asked about housekeeping or anything else. Towels for the bath and beach were provided and replaced whenever we wanted. The place itself is beautiful, close enough to walk to the beach, and just a short ride from Old San Juan. We had a great time and would happily stay again.

The patio was a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the day, and I’d like to come back when I can simply relax there. The space is thoughtfully equipped without feeling cluttered. It worked perfectly for two travelers who each needed a room and somewhere to work.

Having a reserved parking spot with direct access to the apartment was a real help, especially with Ocean Park’s narrow, busy streets. Everything is within walking distance, including my favorite, Roofyard. Apartment #3 was spotless and roomy, with comfy beds, cold AC, plenty of regular and beach towels, beach chairs, and a cozy outdoor area. The one thing it doesn’t have is a washing machine, though laundromats are nearby. Don’t hesitate to stay!

DW did a phenomenal job. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return. The location worked well for us, and the photos were an accurate picture of the decor, the space, and how clean it was.
