The apartment had enough room for our family of six, and we could park our minivan in the ample onsite lot. Having a washer and dryer was handy for doing some laundry. Still, cleaning could have been better: my feet were dirty after walking around for just a minute, and we found lots of hair that wasn't ours. There was no soap in the downstairs bathroom, so we had to go upstairs to wash our hands. The place was quite a distance from ashford ave and the beach, and with no elevator, getting luggage to a top floor would be a long haul. It was okay, but my least favorite stay of the trip. I'd rather pay a bit more to be nearer the beach, and I wouldn't hurry back.

The owners were very friendly, and the apartments were great. There was also convenient parking inside the property.

We stayed in the top-floor, three-bedroom suite and found it very comfortable. The photos are accurate and show how things look now. There were security cameras around the parking lot, but someone repeatedly ignored the one-space-per-apartment rule. It wasn't handled well: two other guests asked us about it even though our only car was in our assigned spot. It would help to collect guests' vehicle details when asking them to park, so problems like this can be sorted out more effectively. If they addressed that and the gate issue mentioned in the Security section, the stay would be perfect.

You're only steps from Condado's tourist areas, so the location is excellent. Parking in Old San Juan is set up for smaller vehicles. Watch the low ceiling if you're bringing a full-size SUV or pickup.
