Couples Suites at Ocean Park Beach Club

The look of the place may be appealing, but our stay was awful. We left furious and disappointed, filed a complaint, and won't return or recommend it. The price is far too high compared with other actual beach clubs nearby. This isn't beachfront, and it isn't a beach club. To get to a swimming area, you have to walk over 15 minutes through residential developments. It's behind a supermarket and a public housing complex, which doesn't match how it's advertised. The room had an unbearable musty odor, made worse by a bathtub inside the room. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, unpleasant, and unhygienic. Customer service was basically absent. Calling "Guest Service" reached the same person as the Management option, but they didn't identify themselves or offer solutions. The Wi-Fi wouldn't work or sync with the TV, and they hadn't given us the login details. When we called, they said it was our job to ask for them, which is absurd. There's no water tank, a basic necessity in Puerto Rico. The water was out for hours. They were supposedly working on the problem from 6:00 a.m., but by 10:00 a.m. we still had no water.
