Dream Inn PR

The neighborhood was a real plus, with restaurants, coffee shops, and a Walgreen's all within a five-minute walk. The beach is seven minutes away on foot, and Dream Inn lends free coolers and sand mats, or you can rent a chair and umbrella. Our room was clean, and the air conditioning was cold. The staff were friendly and had helpful recommendations. For the cleanliness and location, it felt like good value for our time in San Juan.

We had exactly the room we needed, including a little balcony, and the neighborhood had everything we wanted. The rooftop deck was amazing, and the pool was refreshing. The hotel’s design felt lovely and distinctive, with great amenities and top-notch, friendly service. We’d love to come back.

We’d already checked out when I realized I’d left our house keys in the room on departure day from PR. At 7am I called the after-hours number, worried we’d miss our flight home. The staff came to let us in within 10 minutes, and they were so gracious about the early call. They really went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful. The hotel is cute and cozy, in a fantastic location, with a lovely roof deck. Staff are on-site from 8am to 10pm and gave us clear instructions for getting in and out after hours. I hadn’t expected to need that help, but accidents happen.

The rooftop was AMAZING, with especially beautiful views at night. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and there’s a wonderful restaurant right across the street. From the minute we arrived, the man at the desk was so warm and gracious that we felt at home.
