It's a clean, updated apartment, and management responds. The neighborhood is okay, but the music gets too loud at night. I wish it had a toaster and a larger frying pan. In general, a good place to stay if you don't have kids.

The place was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is great, with bars all over and local food spots nearby, and the price was good. I stayed in the bottom-floor unit for 11 days over New Year's and the days after, when the island was especially busy. I often stay in hotels, and my honest rating is a solid 4 out of 5. The reason I can't give it the last star is the noise from 4 to 7 a.m. Dogs barked across the neighborhood, and birds were making loud noises too, not roosters or chickens, which I could have understood. Easy to find and get into, with a designated parking spot. It was close to everything, yet quiet and safe. As a solo traveler, I'd definitely stay again. Loved being in the middle of the culture.
