Somos Hotel - San Juan

We were a group, and everybody enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, though a little small. This isn't an expensive, posh hotel, but the service felt like it could match one, especially the warm welcome and thoughtful little touches. I can't remember the last time hotel staff made me feel so welcome. Definitely recommend.

Everything was an easy walk from here. The main strip and beach took about 10 minutes, and I went back and forth several times a day. Walmart was roughly five minutes away on foot, with an iHop, Pizza Hut, and plenty more around the corner. Most things were within a 5-15 minute walk, which made the location really convenient. The hotel has a very cute theme, and I loved the overall vibe. The room was nice, the air conditioner made it extremely cold, and the hot water got extremely hot. Staff were accommodating, helpful, friendly, and informative. I have no complaints and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan. I'll definitely be back.

I loved the coffee machine and the shared spaces, and the manager was helpful with some great recommendations. Carlos was kind and attentive at night. The staff, location, and value are all incredible. The rooms are simple, which suited what I needed. Don't expect luxury and you'll be pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely stay here again for a quick visit to town.

The walls are paper thin, so you can hear the neighbors as if they're in your room. Even with that, I was very happy with our stay and we'd come back. The room was small but lovely, the location was good, and I really liked the decor and atmosphere. Brandon at reception was amazing and very helpful.
