The Tryst Beachfront Hotel

The on-site bar, The Atlantic, plays music every night until at least midnight, and the bass comes through loudly in the room. It’s definitely a party hotel. Plenty of people want that, but it wasn’t right for us, and we wish we’d known about the bar before booking because we would’ve stayed elsewhere. The hotel was significantly cheaper than the other beachfront places nearby. The staff were courteous and accommodating, the location was unbeatable, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was very cold and quiet.

Sunday drag brunch was so much fun, definitely check it out! The service, food, and energy were all 10/10. Christian, Angel, Richie, and Noel are exquisite human beings. If you want a fun, amazing place to stay at conando beach, Tryst is the place. Our stay was incredible, and we’ll definitely be back!

The manager at the front desk was very rude, and we left without spending anything. Two hours before arriving, I’d called to ask whether non-guests could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. I was told an umbrella on the beach would cost $25 and that they’d be happy to have us. But on arrival, the story changed, and Janet, who had helped us, was nowhere to be found. The manager said spaces were only for hotel guests. I even offered to book a room for the night, but was told nothing was available, despite finding rooms listed on Expedia and Priceline. We ended up going next door. I’ll never spend my money here, and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

We had a wonderful time dining here with our bachelorette party of 12. Everyone was sweet and accommodating, and the food was delicious. Marlon and Maria gave us amazing service and were so helpful. I’m really happy and grateful for the experience. 😍
