Villa Bohemia II Gated Estate w/ Sister Property

We were glad to have a SuperMax nearby, and the secure parking meant we didn't have to deal with street parking. Villa Bohemia felt like a traditional Puerto Rican home, and the pool quickly became our favorite place to relax with a cocktail. My family and I came together to celebrate and had a wonderful time. The house suited our gathering well, and it was conveniently close to the beaches, Old San Juan, casinos, and the entertainment district. We're already looking forward to coming back.

We loved sitting out on the master suite balcony at night and listening to the Coqui frogs. The place is also within walking distance of lively bars, shops, and restaurants, but it's just off the main road, so we didn't have late-night noise trouble. The property is beautiful, with a welcoming, homey feel and lots of care put into it. The pool and house were kept spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. Venza & Dillion went out of their way to welcome us, fit in our last-minute stay, and suggest things to do in San Juan. They even found a private chef for our family dinner. I found a perfect spot for a birthday pajama party with a dozen of my closest friends, just a few blocks from home. The layout worked so well for a gathering, and the decor is adorable. The pool was just the right temperature, and Josh and Angel looked after us the whole time. They even let me come by beforehand to see the different bedrooms. I'd recommend it for a staycation, especially if family or friends are visiting and you don't have enough room at home, or you're dealing with construction.

I've stayed at Villa Bohemia many times, and it's still my favorite Airbnb in San Juan. It's the biggest in the area and one of the prettiest, most thoughtfully put-together places on the island. There are lots of spots to gather with friends, along with breezy terraces and a pool. The villa feels spacious and bright, with tropical, artsy decor that makes it feel both relaxed and luxurious. Dillon and Venza are a big part of why I keep coming back. They're warm, kind, and accommodating, and they really care about making each stay special. They offer personal recommendations and add thoughtful touches around the property. You feel welcome as a guest every time. Just don't book it when I'm hoping to return! 😉
