What a waste of time. The photos look good, but there's nothing to do there. The hotel is inside an open shopping mall, which felt quite weird, and everything closes at 16:00. We booked a grand deluxe room, but the staff changed the reservation to a smaller room, saying it was better. After we complained, we waited another two hours for a room that was even smaller, and they again claimed it was what we'd ordered. Two hours later, after promising to cancel the booking and retrieve our bags from wherever they'd put them, they offered us two small connected rooms instead. They kept saying it was better, but we told them we had a young child who'd already spent the day waiting and couldn't be left alone in another room. Eventually, they canceled the reservation and found our bags. While we were waiting, numerous other people complained about the same situation.
