The hosts are what make House of Peace special. Paul and his father were kind and warm, and I felt welcome and accepted right away. It's a good choice if you want a hostel stay that supports Bethlehem residents. The place has clean rooms and bathrooms, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful view. You can walk to the bus stop from Jerusalem, the town center, market, Manger Square, tourist spots, and KFC. There are minimarkets nearby too. Well worth the price and a way to support Palestine. Bring cash and support an economy that deserves it.

Paul was attentive to what I needed throughout my five-day stay and clearly explained the facilities. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and I got a warm welcome when I arrived at House of Peace. I had an excellent experience and will stay again. TY, Paul.

We spent four days here on our honeymoon. The couple running the place were easy to reach if anything came up. There was lots of room in the shared areas, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Even though I stayed only one night, the couple running this hostel made it feel like home without any effort. They're very kind and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms quite clean, and the shared areas peaceful. Free WiFi was available and pretty fast too. The hostel's location felt peaceful and secure, which made my time in Palestine all the more welcoming and wholesome. Bethlehem's warmth comes through here.
