Breakfast upstairs came with a great view, and it was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel.

The electricity and WiFi are really poor.

The rooms are pretty standard, and some windows look straight at nearby tall buildings, so there's no view. The staff are nice and helpful. The food is great, depending on how much the organizing association pays.

The carpet wasn't clean, and there was a vacuum cleaner left on the floor with its cord scattered across it when I got to the room's floor. At breakfast, the buffet didn't look very clean and the staff just stood around. The brewed coffee was horrible and tasted heavy, as if it had been sitting for days. When I asked whether there was any coffee, they said it was brewed automatically, then went back to chatting with two colleagues as if nobody else was there.

I work for an international organization and used to go to Ceasee Hotel. It's an average hotel in Ramallah. The venue was bad today, though the service has improved and the staff are nice. Lunch was average, but the Roasted Turkey was awful. The ladies' room wasn't properly clean. I hope things go well for them.
