The bed was comfortable, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. The rooms are a decent size, though they stink of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom is mediocre, with a sink so small that shaving leaves water everywhere. Breakfast was another problem: the dining room seemed poorly cleaned, and it took me five minutes to find a clean fork and knife. It’s a good option if you smoke constantly and don’t care about breakfast. I’m not convinced the four-star rating is deserved. The entrance says “Crown of...” Nice attention to detail.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the place itself is nice. Cleanliness needs work, though. I’m not sure the room gets cleaned very well between checkout and the next guest’s arrival. They should pay more attention to hygiene.

The location feels safe, and the service is excellent. One of Ramallah’s best hotels.

The rooms are great, and the service is good. The food tastes a lot like Jordanian food, and it’s really tasty.

A comfortable, cozy place, both the hotel and its restaurant.
