The bathrooms smelled of sewage, and the staff and owners were extremely rude. Staff “accidentally” put our food and other belongings in the garbage without asking. When we raised it, no one took responsibility, apologized, or offered a refund for what was lost. The owner and her husband were loud and condescending, and the owner showed no respect. A terrible experience. Don’t go if you expect to be treated like a decent human being. I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option. DO BETTER.

The pool was nice and breakfast was good. The staff were amazing, especially Layly at reception. She always greeted me with a big smile and was ready to sort out anything I asked.

The staff were kind and available whenever we needed them, which made for a very good stay. The hotel was brand new, very clean, and our room was roomy and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night with a group in room 205. The hotel and room were clean and well appointed, but the room had several problems. The shower pressure was so weak that we couldn't shower, while the shallow sink splashed water everywhere when we washed our faces because the pressure was strong. The building's air conditioning was off for winter, which was fine since we only wanted the fan, but it wouldn't start even after we followed the staff's instructions. The kettle light came on, but it never boiled. Most staff were friendly and helpful, though the woman I gave feedback to at checkout seemed perhaps busy with other things. BEWARE if you stay in room 205.
