The people are what made my stay at the Millennium Hotel Ramallah stand out. The team clearly takes pride in its work and treats guests with real care, and the leadership has built a strong culture of teamwork and customer focus. At the restaurant, the food was excellent and the service warm and attentive. The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and kept the atmosphere relaxed. Reception was welcoming, professional, and efficient, so check-in and every other interaction felt easy. This was a truly outstanding stay, and I’d gladly return. I highly recommend the Millennium Hotel Ramallah to anyone visiting the city. It sets a high standard for hospitality in Palestine.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. Everything was perfect except for one time when we called to request an extra towel and it never arrived. Overall, it was a nice stay and I recommend it.

This hotel has a lot of potential, but the rooms and service were terrible. I spent my first three nights as a newlywed groom there. We’d agreed I’d arrive to a clean, decorated room, but instead there was a baby cradle, no towels, and an air conditioner that didn’t work. There’s more I could say, but that’s enough. They charged too much for this level of service. I’ll never recommend it or come back. I’d take any money to caramel hotel.

The hotel was clean and the pool staff were good, but the room service was really disappointing. They didn't replace the towels, and I had to call reception four times. With the kids waiting in the bathroom, we finally got towels after an hour. The Wi-Fi in the room was bad too. Definitely my last visit.
