The host deserves a special mention for being so welcoming and attentive, and for making us feel at home throughout the visit. We stayed with our family and kids, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so it was easy to relax. The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. You can tell a lot of care goes into the service and the guest experience. A charming, comfortable place for families.

The breakfasts were unforgettable, and the rooms had plenty of space and were comfortable. Such a special place to stay in Ramallah, definitely recommend it.

They made us feel like family, and we could have friends and relatives visit while enjoying the amenities close by. The rooms are really spacious, and coffee is served downstairs in a lovely lobby. It feels a lot like being at your family home, but with your own privacy. The hotel is on a quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk from the center, near rukab and the well-known eateries. Seraj picked us up at the border arrival terminal, which made getting to the hotel easy. Once there, Mahmoud at reception was friendly and incredibly helpful every time we needed something. The hotel was clean, the rooms roomy, comfortable, and well equipped, and the service was great. The food was good too, and it felt like good value for the money. I was very pleased with the stay and hope to return for longer. Thank you guys!
