Grand Park Hotel

The pool was shut for renovations while we were there, and the service made an already disappointing visit worse. Our food and coffee arrived cold, trash sat outside our room for more than a day, and once the parking lot was closed for an event, so we had to leave the car on the street and walk over. We spent a few days at the hotel after our wedding night. I’d gone there earlier to make sure they’d do a little something extra for the room since we were newlyweds, but nothing had been done when we arrived. They told us the employee had forgotten to pass the request on to the next shift. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I felt very safe during my stay, and the staff were polite and friendly. The location is very convenient. It’s a modern hotel, around 4/5 stars, with all the facilities. The food is basic, though the breakfast selection and presentation are good.

I’ve attended many events, exhibitions, and weddings here, including ones around and over the pool. The meeting and conference rooms are large, and the dining restaurant is great. The management and staff are very friendly. One of the best hotels in Palestine.

The house wine, from Bethlehem, was really good. I wouldn’t bother paying for the expensive foreign options. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and is up to international business hotel standards. Staff are helpful and friendly.
