The food and service were great, and it’s only a three minute walk from downtown. It’s also close to the other part of town, which helps you get away from traffic. The traditional Palestinian mansion has been beautifully refurbished. The rooms, dining hall, roof, garden, and even reception all have a warm, rich charm that makes it feel like stepping into a peaceful time gone by. A real delight, highly recommended.

The upstairs balcony is a hidden gem, with amazing sunsets. The hotel is a lovely family place, renovated in 2016 with care and warmth. I enjoyed meeting the owners and hearing a little about the family and the area's history. Breakfast was classic Palestinian, and after a long workday it was nice to come back to a local beer.

I’ve stayed at the Lavender Boutique Hotel five times over the past four months, nearly 30 nights in total. The included breakfast is lavish and incredible, and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve found. Management and staff are incredibly attentive and professional, and they have a way of making you feel at home right away. There’s no better place to stay.

Breakfast was amazing, and there’s a nice spot to have coffee and get some work done. Everything was clean and comfortable, the showers were nice, and there’s a hair dryer so you don’t need to bring one. The employees were so kind and accommodating.

The hosts were kind, courteous, and helpful, and breakfast was out of this world. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. Best place to stay in Ramallah. Don’t bother looking elsewhere!
