The food was delicious, and that was the one good thing about the hotel. I was there overnight on a business trip and was given a deluxe room, but it was missing basics like bathroom slippers and proper AC coverage. One of the two beds was also broken and nearly touching the ground.

I haven’t stayed here, though it was on my list of possible hotels. Friends who have stayed say it’s clean and the food is amazing. It’s in a lively area, close to the places most tourists visit, and taxis are easy to catch at any time. There’s a supermarket called bravo below the hotel. I’d give it four stars, and I’ll stay here on my next trip to Ramallah.

Breakfast was delicious during the days I stayed. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel is in a quiet but convenient location.

They serve a fresh breakfast with a very good variety, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The service feels distinctive too. I’d recommend visiting, I think you’ll enjoy it.

You get more than you pay for here, and the staff are friendly. It’s clean, convenient, and the customer service is some of the best. If you’re visiting Ramallah, this is the place to be. Highly recommended.
