Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. We had plenty of parking, and getting to the hotel was easy. Our room worked well for a family with two boys, ages 10 and 8, with one large bedroom and two beds. It was very clean, and they left four bottles of water whenever they cleaned. We were late checking out, but they were fine with the delay. The staff were kind, respectful, and very nice. Thanks for the hospitality.

The pool was pleasant, and the staff treated me well, but those positives didn't outweigh the rest of my stay. Prices were high, the food wasn't appetizing, and the plates looked dirty and unsanitary. It felt like making money mattered more than guests' experience. With the pricing, food, and cleanliness issues, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

We had to switch rooms quickly because of serious AC trouble and problems with the doors. After moving, we noticed some drinks and snacks were missing, though we didn't think much of it since checking them wasn't our responsibility. At checkout, they charged us for those items anyway. The staff were rude, didn't take us seriously, and wouldn't even try to believe us. They should have checked the room beforehand. I'm really unhappy with the service and how uncomfortable the situation was. Guests deserve better treatment, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. They also seem to overcharge people as they please.
