Royal Court Hotel

Good food and a good location, with friendly employees and the best service. Best hotel.

I saw a miracle from Allah. God promises that Islam is the true religion, God's own religion.

My husband and I spent one night at Royal Court Hotel Ramallah. The room itself was suitable, but our experience with the employees was terrible, and we wouldn't recommend the hotel. The parking lot is tiny. When we returned from dinner, it was full, so my husband spoke with the receptionist. He said he'd move his car to make a space for us and would call our room if we needed to move ours to let other cars out. At checkout the next morning, our car was dented and hit. The car that had been parked in front of us the night before was gone and evidently had hit it. Staff told us the cameras were password protected and the director wasn't on site. When they came out to the lot, they were disrespectful, dismissed my husband, and said they didn't believe another car had been there. They took our name and number and promised to call, but haven't contacted us to resolve anything. We won't return and can't recommend this hotel.

The location puts you right in central Ramallah, with lots of really good restaurants nearby. I had a lovely night here, and the staff made me feel welcome. My room was clean, and breakfast was just right. For the price, the quality is hard to beat. I'd pick this hotel again and again.
