We arrived at the hotel a little after midnight, after calling from the airport late at night and being told rooms were available. The receptionist welcomed us warmly, and check-in took just two or three minutes. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and polite. Our room was very spacious, with a huge single bed, and the bathroom had plenty of room too. They'd thought of the little details, including dental and shaving kits. The breakfast was excellent. A really great hotel.

The location is ideal, with some good coffee shops nearby. But maintenance was a serious issue. We had no hot water in the room for two days, and it wasn't fixed. Nobody kept me updated, and it didn't seem like anything was being done.

We had a lovely holiday, and the hotel was clean and amazing. The October fest was especially great. Konul,Kamuran,Cansu were kind and attentive. Thanks for everything, we'll come back.

The team there was nice, and that's the only reason I gave a star. Management has serious problems. The hotel needs a proper cleaning company and renovations. People smoke everywhere, and the elevator system is awful. Most important, DO NOT EAT THERE! I can't recommend it.

I expected a five-star hotel and was disappointed by how dirty the room was. There were stains all over the carpets, curtains, and walls, and the shower room was dirty too. Even the bed sheets had stains I couldn't identify, so I left instead of spending the night. They wouldn't refund me. I'll be calling my credit card company.
