The Casa de Centro is in a great location and good value, and I’d highly recommend it. I stayed two nights, November 22/23, 2017, while finishing my bicycle tour of Portugal. The room was nice and large, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to watch out for: the wooden frame sticks out 4" beyond the mattress, with sharp edges that hurt when I got out of bed. There’s a very big bathroom and a shared kitchen if you want to cook. The room TV had English stations, and the common room had a big screen Samsung with even more English channels.

The rooms and shared spaces felt welcoming and modern, and the bed was comfortable. It’s a quiet spot, great for a peaceful night, and the price was affordable. The woman who welcomed us was especially kind and attentive. We were lost, and she even came out to the street to find us. I loved it, definitely recommend it. A 10.

The decor is very fitting and the place is really pleasant. I liked it a lot. My only reason for not giving five stars is the lack of private parking or a garage, which meant leaving the car a bit far from the house. Otherwise, I was very happy with it.

Spacious, welcoming, comfortable, and well located, with a great price. The hostess was very friendly and professional. I want to come back.
