This older condominium is made up mostly of privately owned units that are also rented out privately. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building has secure remote-controlled entrance and garage gates, an underground parking garage, and a lift up to the apartments. It’s quite literally only a 400-metre walk to the stunning Praia de Falesia. The two pools are well maintained, and the grounds are tidy. The apartment owner told me the exterior was due to be painted this year, with upgrades to the walkways as well.
