We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help, and the service went beyond what we expected. The quiet atmosphere and overall comfort made it easy to relax. The apartment was spotless and clearly cared for, with attention to detail throughout. Everything felt new and modern. The rooms were bright, cozy and very spacious, so it was comfortable for both a relaxing break and a longer stay. This is definitely somewhere we'd want to return to, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable place to stay.

The entertainment team made a real impression, especially Daniela, whose energy and friendliness stood out. There were enjoyable activities during the day, lively evening shows, and a kids club that was safe, well run and full of things to keep the children happy. We were impressed with the rest of the hotel too. Reception gave us a warm welcome, the rooms were clean, the pool areas were great and the food was delicious. Everything felt well organized. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

For our family of five, this place worked really well. We chose half board and had a different dinner each day, with plenty of variety. The food was quite nice, and the waitstaff were courteous and friendly. Jose was great with our two-year-old, while Ben Hanif was always smiling and kind. Both were efficient and professional. The apartment had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and a generously sized balcony or patio. It was very spacious, though the rooms feel like they're from the 80s. The bathrooms can get slippery when wet, and having bidets was a plus. The place was a bit dated, but we loved it. The larger pools with slides were closed for the season during our December visit. I imagine it gets quite lively in warmer months. The location was fine, near an Aldi and the town of Albufeira, as well as beaches. Lagos was about 40 minutes away.

We had such a good time here in April 2026 and will definitely come back. Our family of five travelled with a group of eight in two different rooms. The facilities were amazing, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was great, with everything not too far away.

We visited at the end of March, and the weather was lovely. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was decent. It's a wonderful family resort with direct access to a beautiful beach. There's a soccer field, tennis court, lots of large indoor and outdoor pools, small shops, a restaurant, gym, spa, water slides and kids club on site. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it.
