The beach was just two minutes away, which made it easy to pop back to the hotel, and the restaurant opposite has a great view and was an easy walk home from after a few drinks. We loved the whole stay. The place was huge and so well equipped, and the guys at reception were welcoming and friendly. We had a ground-floor room. With the windows closed, it was quiet enough to sleep, though we liked leaving them open and hearing the people outside.

There was plenty of space, and the place was clean and in a really convenient spot. The kitchenette and private bathroom were useful, and the bathroom had clothes lines for drying beach things. We didn’t have noise problems at night. We were there in September, which is quieter than other times of year.

We had a very clean ground-floor room with a little terrace and kitchenette, so we could make our own food. The hotel is close to the beach and about a 15-minute walk from Albufeira Marina. The room was a bit dated, though, unlike most of the photos online, which showed renovated, modern rooms.

The balcony was lovely for an afternoon sangria, and the main area of albufiera was only a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did a brilliant job every day. Our room had two single beds and a pull-out bed, so we pushed the two beds together to make a double.
