The location worked well for our group of 13 lads, with both the new and old towns just a 5-10 minute journey away. This place clearly draws stag and hen parties. We hardly saw other kinds of guests, so it suited our gathering, but I wouldn’t call it family-friendly. We stayed for three nights. The one-bedroom apartments were huge and gave us plenty of space, and our room was clean when we arrived. The beds and bedding looked brand new and were comfortable, apart from the noise from a few rowdy residents, which you’d expect at this kind of place. The apartments could use a few more everyday items. The pool area also needed a proper clean, our main concern with the facilities. They took a €200 deposit at arrival and refunded it promptly on departure. We left the room clean and tidy. A solid base for a stag or hen do, as long as you’re prepared for a lively atmosphere and a pool that needs cleaning.

We’d read some reviews that made us worry, but my friends and I loved our week here. The location was just right, and a special shoutout to the bar man Osvaldo, who made the trip feel really nice and special. The room was basic but worked well for us. It wasn’t cleaned during the week, only at the end.

I’ve stayed here several times and think it’s worth the money. It’s not top of the line, and I choose it for the price, but within the budget category it ranks highly in my opinion. There aren’t many amenities, though the rooms are huge and laid out well. The cleanliness is impeccable, and there are several places to eat nearby, including a major grocery chain.

The spacious rooms and proximity to the strip were about the only good things. I stayed for 7 nights in August. The bins weren’t emptied once, and the beds weren’t changed. We were told to carry all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. Staff were very rude and kept coming to the door to tell us to keep the noise down, so this isn’t ideal for a group holiday. We also weren’t allowed to bring anyone back to the hotel. Staff confiscated a pool float we’d bought and refused to return it. There was no bar or food in the complex in August. They kept €50 from our deposit, saying we’d stolen a towel, but we hadn’t. I know it’s cheap, but it really isn’t worth it.
