There’s good parking, a nice outdoor pool and direct beach access from it. The beach itself is really good and clean. The indoor pool was great for adults and kids too. Some outdoor areas had broken tiles in several places, and the rooms could use repairs and modernising. Food left lying around quickly attracted ants. The massage, jacuzzi and sauna were good, but cost extra and the pricing needs to be clearer. The free outdoor sauna and the walkable themed restaurants, Mexican, Mandarin, Indian and grill, were good. Not all of them open in winter. For meals, Jac's bar and restaurant at Clube praia de oura, part of the same group and within walking distance, was much better, and its staff were amazing and welcoming. Aqua bar is nearby too. It’d be nice to have fruit juice as well as fizzy drinks.

We found it easy to reach the beach, and the hotel gives you a swipe card for the gate. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and free parking too. The place was clean, professional and friendly, with a small but well-equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools. There’s also a spa and restaurant on site, though we didn’t use either. Would recommend.

Some of the reviews made me wonder if they were describing a different place. We weren’t charged for sun loungers, and when we lost two wristbands during our stay, reception simply gave us new ones. The only charge we came across was for beach towels. That’s your choice, though, since you can bring one or buy one at a shop for €5. We had an amazing holiday in an apartment with a beautiful view. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely finished, with good beds and a very large balcony. The location was great, right on the beach, close to shops and near the Strip, yet very quiet. Food was good, the staff friendly, the kids loved the animators and pool, and there was entertainment every evening. The view was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the stay, would definitely recommend it and would go back. Best hotel ever.

The hotel really met a five-star standard for us. My father has stayed at many five-star hotels and called this the best one. The location was 10/10, with just a staircase walk down to the beach. Our room was perfect in my opinion, very clean, with comfortable mattresses. The staff were very sweet and always ready to help. There are sunbeds by the indoor pool, and the gym had most of the equipment.
