The staff were really friendly, and parking was free. The pool was there, but we didn’t use it because of the weather. Our room was clean, though the bathroom wasn’t as clean. They supplied towels but just one bar of soap for the whole stay. The lift was far too small, and the floor layout was confusing. You’re not sure whether to get out on the first, second or third floor.

Breakfast was pretty good, with hot and cold options in a pleasant dining room, and I slept well in a comfortable room. The rooms are a little small, but that didn’t bother me. It’s a nice, clean hotel set back from the beaches, but high enough to offer coastal views. The reception area is spacious, and the staff were reasonably friendly. I’d stay again.

The reception staff were excellent and changed my room to one with a balcony. Breakfast cost 8 euros per person and was rubbish. I went down at 8 30, but the trays were empty apart from beans and scrambled egg. I ended up with two pieces of toast, a coffee and a piece of fruit. It wasn’t worth the money and I felt ripped off.

I had an awful stay in summer because there was no AC, making it completely unbearable. I only stayed one night. The staff were great and the location was decent, within walking distance of Albufeira Old Town.

The staff were friendly, and the view from the fifth floor was great. But this is a very basic hotel that needs an upgrade, with no air conditioning. The lift only covers half the building, so there are stairs all over the place. Breakfast was far too expensive.
