The house itself is good, and it was fairly quiet in the off-season. It could be noisier with the one-way street and the nearby houses. We got fresh towels and bed linens after a week. The mattresses were good, and the showers didn’t leak, though the shower heads are small. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we washed almost everything before using it. The dishes seemed new, with no chips or cracks. The washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly. Keep an eye on the stove, though, as one burner seems to stay on by itself. The sofa wasn’t comfortable for a full movie, since we got back pain after about an hour and a half and ended up watching in bed. It wouldn’t work well for two couples wanting to watch TV together. On first impression, everything seemed great, but there were cleanliness issues: dirt in corners and under the bed, grimy upper kitchen cabinets, and hair in the shower drain. The bathroom furniture was badly damaged and unhygienic, and there was black mold. The upstairs air conditioning unit smelled strongly of rotten eggs when heating. They tried to fix it, but we still worried about mold and bacteria. The beach or swimming area is a little over 900 meters away, not 400 or 500, and the return walk is uphill, so you need to be in decent shape. Communication beforehand was very limited, and we waited two days for a reply.
