Kimpton Atlantico Algarve

The beach is only a short walk away, and the hotel is in an amazing location. We had a great stay from the welcome in the lobby onward. The staff were great, as were breakfast and the attentive servers. The pools were clean and there were plenty of towels. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be back!

We came home from the Kimpton Atlântico after a lovely stay. The hotel's private beach access was a real highlight, and the pool area had lovely loungers and beds for relaxing. We also enjoyed the food, and the rooftop bar was great in the evening, with a nice atmosphere and a live singer. Our modern room was gorgeous, comfortable, and clean, with a particularly comfy bed. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were friendly and helpful all the way through, always doing their best to make things right. We’d requested a king bed in advance because only twin beds were available when we booked, and they kindly arranged it when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and would love to return.

Dinner was excellent at the hotel’s restaurants, and the daily Social Hour at 5 PM, with free drinks and light snacks, was a generous touch. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely polite. We had a private direct route to the beach, and outside there was a beautifully maintained pool, elegant furniture, trees, and landscaping. The hotel was spacious, stylish, luxurious, and in excellent condition. On arrival, someone helped with our luggage, offered champagne, and showed us to our room. It was large, modern, and spotless, with plenty of practical wardrobe space. The bathroom products smelled lovely, the bed linen was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. One small issue came up at dinner: we left cash tips, but service charges were also added to the bill without our asking or authorizing them. It’s worth checking the bill. Apart from that, it was a dream stay, and we’re already hoping to return.

The hotel was beautiful, elegant, spotless, and simply unbelievable, with high standards throughout. Estelle at reception gave us a warm welcome and handled check in with kindness, professionalism, and real efficiency. She made us feel valued right away. Diego at the bar was lovely too, welcoming and attentive, and his friendly manner and service made our evenings better. People like Estelle and Diego make a stay memorable. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful visit. We’ll definitely return.
