It's an okay apartment, conveniently placed for tourist spots, cafes and places to eat. Just be careful with the dishwasher door in apartment 5B. It drops down hard and could hurt your leg.

The location was good and we had a nice stay. Just be aware that if you're travelling with more than one person, the hot water for showers may run low.

I cancelled and booked somewhere else. Lisbon has plenty of hotels at the same or lower price, and I wouldn't stay somewhere I don't trust, especially with concerns about access codes, a pay-at-property condition followed by a payment link, and no luggage storage. I booked this apartment well in advance to avoid last-minute trouble. It was advertised as having a front desk, a safety deposit box and luggage storage. Close to my stay, I received about four emails and even a text asking me to pay through a link before 5pm to get access. I was also told to use a luggage service, a company that collects bags and drops them at a place and time of your choice. That was disappointing and took up time while I asked the booking engine to fix the issue or offer a late checkout. I got no response, only more payment demands by text. The booking website said the property chooses its amenities and should be responsible.
