We never got the room service the policy described, not even fresh towels or rubbish removal. By the end of the week, 8 of our group of 13 had been medically diagnosed with bed bugs. The boss and manager denied there were any, saying there were “no pets,” even though their dog and cat went in and out of the property. The boss kept looking into our backyard, and one night he came into it wearing only his underwear and said nothing. On our last night, he came into our room and celebrated that we were leaving. We were also billed for pool floats that we had video evidence other guests had broken, but the boss denied it and added the charges anyway. We came from Madrid with friends for a week. The behavior and lack of professionalism made the whole trip awful. There was nothing good about our stay at Lageado Park.

The pool was fantastic, and the place is really central for both the old town and the strip. A great spot to stay.
