The common spaces were kept clean and tidy, and the house was cleaned every day. The owner was friendly and available without being intrusive. She speaks only Portuguese, but she communicates herself very well. The apartment is small, though it has everything needed for the kitchen and bathroom, plus a little extra. A bit more lighting would be welcome. The pool and barbecue are always available. The location works very well if you have a car, though public transport is within walking distance and there are shops nearby. A wonderful stay, we recommend it.

The setting is peaceful, but still close to the shops and the lively, well-known Rua da Oura. There’s plenty of free parking, and Santa Eulalia and Oura’s beautiful beaches are only a four-minute walk away. The swimming pool has been newly renovated and is in a lovely spot. It used to be a hotel and has been converted into apartments, some of which are privately rented.

I’ve stayed there, and it’s a wonderful, welcoming, comfortable place, equipped with everything. The apartments are spacious, the pool is nice, and everything is very clean. The staff are professional and friendly. It’s in a great location with easy access to public transport and a supermarket, and best of all, it’s very quiet at night. I recommend it.
