Diego at reception really made the stay, and the rest of the staff were lovely too. The hotel itself needs a lot of work: the building and furniture are old, the rooms need updating, and the restaurant isn't operating. It would be nice to have somewhere for breakfast. Still, thanks to the people working there, things were good overall. Thank you!

We've stayed here for our holidays ten times, but this visit wasn't like the others. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the cleaning ladies are brilliant. Reception and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. But it's become a bit of a nightmare for us. It used to feel like a family hotel, now it's mostly young people, with very loud guests and music by the pool, even after 10pm. They don't seem to consider that there are kids around. We haven't slept well since arriving, so we won't be back.

The pool is clean and a decent size, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The beach is about an 8-minute walk down a steep road, then uphill on the way back, while the Strip is a flat 15-minute walk. It's a party town, though this hotel is quieter than places nearer the main strip. The rooms are large and clean but dated, and there's a lot of noise from loud drunk people and the smell of weed in the hallways. For me, the worst part at night was how loud the air conditioning was. Given the price, location and service, it's a decent place. You're not too close or too far from things.

We won't stay here again or recommend it to friends or family. Someone came into our locked room late at night, even though they weren't staying with us, and we have no idea how they got in. We had both of our key cards with us, so the person must have had access to another one. I spoke to reception the next morning, but she basically said she'd talk to the porter and didn't seem very interested. It's extremely dangerous and not good enough. Anything could have been stolen from the room.
