Check-in was quick and smooth, and Tiago gave us all the information we needed. Both buffet restaurants, Jacs and Golden, had plenty of variety, so we could always find something to eat. The specialty restaurants were a nice extra, especially The Mexican, Italian and Chicken Peri Peri. Staff, including the cleaners, always greeted us with a smile. A big thanks to everyone at the snack area, boat bar and pool bars for being so kind and attentive. I can't remember their names, but Chetan and Manpreet gave excellent service, and Leyanna from the animation team was a star. The rooms were comfortable but could use some renovation, and the shower gel provided was poor quality. We'd definitely come back. Good value for money.

I'm not a big fan of the hotel or resort, but my family and I were pleasantly surprised by our meal at the Mandarin specialty restaurant. The food was nice and didn't taste mass-produced, better than I'd expected. Chetan and Jyoti were attentive, excellent hosts and handled our dietary requirements very well. We have no complaints and are grateful for how they looked after us. Thank you, Chetan and Jyoti!

Three of us went to the Mexican restaurant, and the food was fantastic, with just the right portion sizes. The staff were wonderful. I can't fault it, and would definitely recommend it, along with the Indian restaurant. The evening driver who transfers guests between the hotels, I believe there are seven, works so hard. He's patient, welcoming and happy to help. He's a credit to the hotel.

The chicken burrito and beef tacos were so good, better than any I've had before. The sauces were just right and didn't overpower the flavours. The Mexican restaurant's food and service were both 10/10, and we'd definitely return. Our young female waitress was very polite, and it was lovely to see head chef Chetan-Ester checking with guests to see how they enjoyed their meals. You can tell people care about every part of the service.
