Don’t stay here, it’s a rip-off. They made us wait around all day even though the rooms were ready. There’s no reception and nowhere to leave your bags while you wait until 4pm, so we lost a day. When someone finally showed up, they demanded a deposit. The only way to get it back is to go to reception, which is 50km away in another city. Absolute scammers. Avoid this place like the plague.

Dear, I’m surprised by this hotel. We waited 20 minutes in the rain and nobody came to open the door. The rules are strange too. I don’t recommend anyone book here. I had a zero-star experience. I stayed only because I’d booked it already. I arrived at 16:00 and still had to wait. Bad experience 🤣🤣🤣

The ground staff are excellent and very professional. The negative is management at Umbral. They should give guests a checklist or receipt when taking the €200 advance. It was returned, but as a guest you’re left worried because nothing is documented. So, management gets a negative from me, while the staff on the ground get a positive. There’s no washing machine.

The apartment was clean, and shops, a café, and the beach are all within walking distance. The walls are very thin, though, so noise from other apartments is a problem. If people kept the noise down and observed the quiet hours after 22:00, this would be an okay place.
