The beds were comfortable, and the owner was easy to communicate with. When we reported the broken kitchen light and toilet seat, he got them fixed. The apartment had other problems, though: the furniture felt like it came from cheap brands, the fridge barely kept things cool, and the dishes and bathtub were dirty when we arrived. The AC wasn't great either, although the sun shades did a good job with the bright sun.
